Method

Evidence, not attestation

A supplier declaration is not proof. We build the record from observation, then confirm it where observation is ambiguous.

01 · Geolocate

Every plot, to the polygon

Supplier data is resolved to boundaries rather than points, then checked for overlap, duplication and impossible geometry.

02 · Observe

Imagery from the cut-off

Canopy change is assessed from 31 December 2020 forward, not from the day you signed up. Every scene used is cited.

03 · Confirm

A reviewer on the ground

Where imagery cannot settle a question, someone visits. The visit, the reviewer and the finding all enter the record.

Platform

Your whole supply base, one register

Every plot from onboarding to filed statement, with its evidence attached. Flags surface while there is still time to resolve them, not when a consignment is already at the border.

FAQ

Common questions

Which commodities do you cover?

All seven in scope for EUDR — cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy and timber — along with the derived products listed in Annex I.

What if a supplier cannot give me coordinates?

We work from what exists: plot sketches, cooperative records, prior surveys. Where nothing usable exists, a field visit establishes the boundary.

Do you file the statement for us?

No. We produce the record and the export; the statement is yours to file. The obligation stays with the operator, and so should the control.

How far back does the imagery go?

To 31 December 2020, the EUDR cut-off. Earlier imagery is available where a plot’s history is contested.

What happens when a plot is flagged?

It is held, not failed. You see what triggered the flag, and can commission a field review or exclude the plot from the consignment.

Send us a supplier list and we will return a verified plot register, so you can judge the evidence before you commit to anything.
